The three goals must address the following topics:
- One goal must be related to implementing lessons learned from an experience documented in the Part 1 reflective journal.
- One goal must be related to investigating and using acurrent or emerging industry development to extend expertise and improve practice.
- One goal must be related to self-care and potential support networks, both workplace-based(e.g. peers, supervisor, specialists, managers)and in the community(e.g. community support groups, personal supports, professional/specialist support services or associations).
Implementation strategies may involve informal or formal training and development opportunities, specialist advice, networks and professional associations as relevant.
