3 Production Capacity depends on No. of worker Teams (Each Team produces 125 Phones / Hr, works 20 days in month, 8 hrs a day)
4 There are 667 Teams
Steps: For making Table 2- Per Unit Inventory Cost, Wages, Material Cost etc.
1 Wage / Hour-Normal is 4000 Rs/Hr.
2 Inventory Cost/Unit is 50000 Rs
3 Material cost/Unit is 500,000 Rs
Steps: For making Table 3- Total Inventory Cost, Wages, Material Cost etc.
1 Put formulas for multiplying Cells in Table 1 and Table 2
2 Divide the No's by 10^6 to arrive cost no's in Million Indonesian Rupyah to simplicity
Note for evaluating Chase strategy - you need to find out how much you need to produce. Basis that requirement, you need to reverse calculate the no. of people required
