Identify Stakeholders: At least 2 stakeholder groups whose needs are met by your product 4. Create a Persona for one Stakeholder group 5. Product Backlog for 3 sprints [6 weeks): Estimate the size of your backlog items and do everything you think you need to do to be ready for Sprint Planning. This means you need to start your Sprints at least 6 weeks before Week 13
