You are the supervisor on a residential building project and according to the contractual agreement, and as per the construction schedule, the electricians are starting today with the electrical services 'rough in'. It is mid-morning and you are concerned as to why they have not turned up yet. You are aware of the tight schedule and the follow on trades that will be affected if the work is not completed on time.
