Part 3: Develop a workforce plan The Workforce plan demonstrates your ability to implement initiatives to support workforce planning objectives. Using your research in Part 2, Develop a workforce plan that includes specific strategies to ensure your organisation has access to a skilled and diverse workforce. Research a workforce template to use or create your own. As a guide, your plan should be between 1400-1800 words. Your plan must include at least these five key elements: 1.
