Part 3: Reflection on Academic and Professional competency skills

This part is largely self-directed and has involved preparing yourself for graduate employment.Your final reflective essay should assess the skills used in delivering your project and identify those that you have developed during your learning journey at the university studying business management. . You will need to be very careful not to waste words if you are to get the depth we are looking for. You have been asked for a very short essay.It should contain no headings, apart from a title.

Introduction: Be careful that you use the "necessary background" as an opportunity to outline the activity of completing the project rather than your position as a student. You do not need to explain the process of reflection, and do not use words to define the process.

Main body: Do not repeat information given in the introduction. Keep a focus on answering the question: What skills you have developed during your study at the university studying business management and this research project ( Hint: dissertation was about to make management report to present to the company's CEO ) that will prepare you for your future employment?

Conclusion and recommendations: Your conclusion should briefly summarise the purpose of the essay and then explain how the developed skills will enhance their future career opportunities.
