Part A) 1 ml of stock solution of a drug (1 mg/ml) is used for estimation of PC using n-octanol. After extraction, 100 uL of aqueous phase was loaded in 96 well plate to read the absorbance at 260 nm. If the observed absorbance of the extraction phase is 0.2, using the following standard curve, calculate concentration of this drug in aqueous phase.
