Indirect material issued during June: $8,000 Indirect labour cost during June: $5,000 Job Direct Direct material labour issued hours during during June June XS346 80 XS347 $8,000 120 XS348 $6,500 150 XS349 $9,500 120 XS350 $7,500 100 During the month the direct labour rate was $90 per hour. Manufacturing overhead is allocated on the basis of direct labour dollars and is allocated at the same rate that was used in the previous month.
