Good morning You,

Based on the contents of the staff turnover analysis previously sent, I want the Human Resources (HR) department to focus this year on ensuring that we retain and can source skilled labour to increase the chance that our strategic objectives can be achieved.

Can you please meet with your team and formulate a work plan using the attached template to address this concern? Within the work plan template, you will see that I have already listed three HR strategic objectives I would like you to focus on.

Kind regards

Gavin Stead

General Manager

Based on the email, Complete a Workforce Plan for this coming year to meet HR strategic objectives (these three objectives are provided in the Workforce Plan template).

Within the workforce plan you need to:

  • Determine measures of performance for each of the three HR strategic objectives (an example has been given for the second strategic objective).
  • Develop a step-by-step strategy for each strategic objective including a due date and who will be responsible for each step within the strategy.
