Aug. 1 Re-Issued 40 shares of the ordinary shares, which was purchased back on Jun. 1, at $58.
Dec. 31 The board of directors declared dividends to shareholders as follows:
a. Cash dividend to preference shareholders.
b. One-for-ten share dividend to the ordinary shareholders.
