The legal description is: BEGINNING at a point in the northerly side of Fourth Street therein distant 52.13 feet westerly from its intersection with the westerly side of Coles Street which point is opposite the centerline of a party wall standing partly on the premises herein conveyed and partly on the premises adjoining on the east and from thence (1) North 14 degrees 6.2 minutes east to, through and beyond the center of said party wall 75 feet to a point; thence (2) north 76 degrees West 16.07 feet to a point, which point is opposite the centerline of a party wall standing partly on the premises herein conveyed and partly on the premises adjoining on the west; and thence (3) South 14 degrees 6.2 minutes west, too, through and beyond the center of said party wall 75 feet to a point in the northerly side of Fourth Street; thence (4) South 76 degrees east along said northerly side of Fourth street 16.07 feet to the point or place of beginning. BEING also known as 34 Fourth Street, New York, NY, and also known as Lot 21 and Block 04.
