Part B: Case Scenario and questions Consider you work as a manager at King's Coffee shop in Sydney CBD. As a manager, you have all responsibilities starting from planning, operating, budgeting, managing staff and their performances etc of the business. The business has total 8 staff members who are in full time and part time and casuals. They work in morning and evening shifts. In recent times, your business has shown a slowdown, lack of competitiveness and negative growth, so the owner has asked you to review the business strategy. The team members have been divided on change strategy and are worried that it will mean they could see additional work pressure or losing their shifts. In response to that, you are in the process of developing a change management plan and obtain staff support.
