Trey is Sams assistant; for each medical procedure that Sam does, Trey does one follow-up and two tests.
For each medical procedure that Ann does, she does one follow-up and one test.
Lina is Anns assistant; for each medical procedure that Ann does, Lina does one follow- up and two tests.
