Part A - Understand your data Prepare a report in pdf format with the following sections, and upload the file to the submission link for Part A by the deadline. Section 1: Descriptive statistics. Demonstrate your ability to compute descriptive statistics, and to communicate this information appropriately For each of your two locations there are 3 time series: annual rainfall (in mm), average maximum temperature (in degrees Celsius), and average minimum temperature (in degrees Celsius). For each of these 6 time series calculate descriptive statistics in the form of the mean, the standard deviation, the 90% confidence interval of the mean, and the 5 number summary, and report your results in appropriately formatted and labelled boxplots and tables. Section 2: Discussion, Demonstrate your ability to consider aspects of your data such as the collection protocol, and your ability to interpret descriptive statistics appropriately, Write one or two paragraphs highlighting any salient features of your data, and in particular any features which you find interesting or surprising. For example, which location has higher rainfall, and does this match your expectations? Or, do either of your locations have a surprisingly large or small spread between the average minimum and maximum temperatures? Section 3: Appendix with R code. Include all R commands that you have used in Part A in an appendix. This should also include the command to read in the data and create a dataframe, and the commands to load any necessary R packages. 10. WEEE SEBE PI 0102 CENE ON CENTE .
