PART C - Engage in review process. For this part of the task you must meet with your assessor to discuss your progress with your personal development plan. Your assessor will arrange a mutually convenient time with you for the meeting. It is expected that the meeting will take approximately 15-20 minutes. To prepare for this meeting you must: Have completed Parts A and B of this assessment - you will need to present these during the meeting with your assessor Research one current or emerging trend in the community services industry and consider how you will consider this trend your own practice. During the meeting you must: Present and discuss your personal development plan (Part A); Discuss your progress with implementation of the plan (Part B); Discuss the current or emerging trend in community services industry and how this affects your own practice. Your assessor will ask you questions during the meeting to make sure all items are covered and to generate discussion
