PART C - Prediction Analysis Once you have finalized your prediction models, answer the following question: Royal Pizza has just opened a new pizzeria covering 4,600 square feet in a ZIP Code with a population of 44,500 people and 9 competing restaurants. The company is planning to spend $21,500 in Internet advertising and $15,500 in radio advertising in the first year of operation. What are the projected sales of this new pizzeria for the first year? You should have 6 answers: 1 from each of the 5 SLR equations, and 1 from the MLR equation. Be sure to include both a quick 95% confidence interval and quick 95% prediction interval for each of the 6 answers. PART D - Project Report Please use the following format for your project report: Introduction: Explain the background of the organization and the goals you are attempting to accomplish on behalf of the organization. SLR Models and Analyses: Include a separate section for each of the 5 bivariate analyses. Identify the dependent and independent variables for each regression model. Explain how well the variables fit the model. Explain the outcome of your regression analysis for each model. Hint: list and interpret certain calculations such as r, R2, the Significance of F p-value, the p-values of the relevant coefficients, etc. for each model. MLR Model and Analysis: Include a separate section for the multivariate analysis. Identify the dependent and independent variables for the regression model. Explain how well the variables fit the model. Explain the outcome of your regression analysis. Hint: list and interpret certain calculations such as R2, Adjusted R2, the Significance of F p-value, the p-values of the relevant coefficients, the results of testing for collinearity from the correlation matrix, the results of testing for multicollinearity from the Variance Inflation Factor calculations, etc. for the model. Prediction Analysis: Include a separate section to answer the prediction analysis question using the 6 regression equations from above. Include the quick 95% confidence interval and quick 95% prediction interval for each answer and explain your findings.
