Part C: Update the policies and procedures and distribute to stakeholders

You are required to update the existing copyright and privacy policies and procedures and the ACM code of ethics and professional conduct.

You must submit an updated copy of the copyright and privacy policies and procedures to your trainer/assessor and highlight the changes in a different color.

After updating the policies and procedures, you are required to write an e-mail to the stakeholders (Senior Manager and Communications Manager) and your trainer/assessor. You need to include:

Greeting the stakeholders

Write the main changes in the policies and procedures

Give a timeline for update of the policies and procedure on the website
