Part D: Perform ratio analysis. Calculate all applicable ratios to the Company for both 2020 and 2021. See Chapter 14 for your reference on the ratios available. It is the responsibility of the group to determine which ratios are applicable to be calculated for the Company. There may/may not be ratio/s that you cannot calculate because the Company does not have the information to calculate a specific ratio. State whether the ratio calculated is favorable or unfavorable and whether the Company did better or worse In 2021 than in 2020. Note: It might be helpful to format this in a landscape (page orientation) rather than portrait to accommodate all columns below. Grading system, format, and example: Liquidity ratios: - Calculations (see table 1 for the format) - Underneath the Table, include an overall analysis in terms of the liquidity of the Company. Solvency ratios: - Calculations (see table 1 for the format) - Underneath the Table, include an overall analysis in terms of the solvency of the Company. Profitability ratios: - Calculations (see table 1 for the format) - Underneath the Table, include an overall analysis in terms of the profitability of the Company. Part D: Perform ratio analysis.
