They all have a shared loyed fer baking cakes and so decide to start a cake business. Each of them agrees to invest SSJJIJD to start the business. They rent out a small shop to carry out the business. Peter, who has always been good with numbers, is in charge of the finances of the business. Pooja, who has a background in retail, is in charge of sales and Sasha agrees to bake the cakes. Peter, Pooja and Sasha don't have a formal written agreement as they are all close friends. They all agree that they can each make purchases up to $501] individually and anything more than this amount requires approval of all of the three. After a few weeks, the business receiyes lots of orders for cakes so Sasha purchases a cake mixing machine for SEED to help her in making the cakes.
