In this assignment, you will answer questions using different verb tenses to analyze a short story. The title of the story for this assignment is "Fancy's Show Box".

Part II: Instructions

1. Imagine that you could talk to the main character of the story. What would you ask him/her? Prepare an interview script that includes at least 5 open-ended questions and the answers that the character would give to each one.
   • The questions must include information regarding present life, past experiences, what they are doing now, and plans for the future.
   • Write one question and one answer using each of the following verb tenses:
     • Simple Present
     • Present Progressive
     • Simple Past
     • Past Progressive
     • Future
   • Identify the verb tenses as indicated in the examples below.
   • Remember to write the questions and answers using the correct verb tense. For example, if you are asking about the character's past experiences, you might want to use the simple past or past progressive verb tenses.
   • Examples:
     • Question: Where did you grow up? (Simple Past)
     • Answer: I grew up in the country. (Simple Past)
