Middlesex College interviews and hires Dr. Padma to be the newest Philosophy professor for the fall. She is expected to begin working in August 2021 so she terminates her lease with her landlord in ohio and rents a new apartment in Metuchen, NJ. She arrives at the collage in July to fill out all the necessary paperwork fit her employment when the college tells her that the job is no longer available and she will not be hired. She was expecting to make a salary of $80,000 per year. If Dr. Padma sues Middlesex College, what is her claim and what damages/type of damages might she be awarded if she wins?

Sally hires patrick,a handyman,to renovate her upstairs bathroom. Patrick does excellent work and is very diligent.He replaces the tile in the shower, installs a new sink and replaces the toilet.
