PART IV: Leadership Portfolio During Week 5 we will be analyzing the impact of situation v contingency leadership decision-making and the overall impact of ethical behavior in the workplace. This will become PART IV of our Leadership Portfolio. Thus far, we have developed a mission, identified personal traits, motives, and characteristics, and determined good teamwork and motivation skills. We are now going to consider how you might have handled leadership differently had you been the leader. (see p. 138 Skill-Building Ex 5-4 as an example but keep your leadership portfolio work-based, not personal). 1. Consider two different scenarios you witnessed directly in the workplace only 2. Using a separate paragraph for each of the scenarios (150-word minimum) describe what you witnessed from the leader, and then describe how you would have handled each of these scenarios differently
