Watch the two parts of the 60 Minutes "Bad Samaritan" video (in READ THIS FIRST). Pay close attention to the prosecutor's statements. Read Soldano v. O'Daniels on pages 156-157 again carefully. Then think about this question - SHOULD THE COURTS IMPOSE AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY (REQUIRE US) TO GO TO THE AID OF ANOTHER PERSON WHO IS IN PERIL IF IT CAN BE DONE WITHOUT ENDANGERMENT?
