Part One Structuring a Social Listening System This course project gives you an opportunity to develop a plan and process for social listening and community management to best protect and promote your brand on social media. In Part One of the project, you will identify the social platforms and other channels where discourse about the brand takes place, as well how to efficiently conduct social listening to monitor and participate in this discourse.
