Participants are asked to review a real-life program of their choice and present a report on the issues with the program, the impact of the program governance structure that was present, and thereafter make recommendations for how to improve program governance. Select a program where you can collect and analyse sufficient secondary data to derive meaningful and strong insights. It may be in the public, private or third sector.
