PARTIAL LAND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on January 1, Year 2, between Megan O. Ferguson (the Buyer), and
Wholesale Land Realty (the Seller).
IN CONSIDERATION of the agreements set forth herein, and for good and valuable consideration, the
parties agree as follows:
Purchase of Assets: The Seller agrees to hereby sell, convey, assign, and transfer to the Buyer the land
