Early in 2009, Weson Corporation was formed with the issuance of 50,000 shares of capital stock at $5 per share. The corporation reported a net loss of $32,000 for 2009 , and a net loss of $12.000 in 2010 . In 2011 the corporation reported net income of $90,000 and declared a dividend of 50 cents per share b. Martin Industries was organized early in 2007 with the isaunce of 100,000 shares of capital sock at $10 per share. During the first five years of its existence, the corporation earned a total of $800,000 and paid dividends of 25 cents per share each year on the common stock.
