A had a commercial trucking company come pick up the shipment. The commercial trucking company picked up the shipment two days ago, but has not yet delivered the shipment to B. I Part c (one point). A is a company in a foreign country that sells to B in this country. Terms are FOB POE. A shipped the goods from its factory late last week, but there is a sailing only once every two weeks, and it takes about ten days from the date the ship leaves the port in that other country before it arrives at this country's port. The goods have not yet arrived in this country. Part d (one point).A sold to B under terms of FOB destination. B has no idea where the shipment is. The shipment certainly has not arrived yet
