Passiveness

It's important to identify the motives that cause passiveness and determine intervention methods

Not offering ideas or feedback to emails or documents;

Not offering ideas or input into work sessions;

Not improving own work;

Not following new procedures;

Waiting to be told to use the new procedure

Explain how you should/could address this type of situation.
