Still it is believed that he is at risk for ischemia. To reduce this risk, surgical myocardial revascularization is recommended.

PLAN: Proceed with coronary artery bypass graft operation utilizing the left internal mammary artery as conduit to the left anterior descending. The remaining conduit will come from the greater saphenous veins.
