Pats slices their cheesesteaks steak with a Berkel 850A slicer which turned out steak slices with a mean thickness of 1.5mm and a standard deviation of .2 mm in a sample of 22 slices. Gino's who uses a chef Choice 667 also sliced a sample of 16 slice with a mean of 1.5 mm but they're standard deviation was .29 mm pat's found this out and put up a sign saying "our steaks are more better than Gino's because our slices are more consistent and besides we can speak other languages!" at a level of confidence of 95% is pat's really more consistent.
