One the same day Marsha called Paul and left a voice note asking whether the mixer was 120 or 220 volts machine, if it had bread and pasta attachments and if there was a warranty being offered for the machine. On July 1, 2021 not hearing from Paul, Marsha wrote a letter of acceptance with a cheque for $50,000.00. This letter was received by Paul on August 1, 2021. Paul has sold the mixer to Wayne a pastry chef and Marsha has threatened to sue Paul.
