(a) Alan sees the CAPTIVA brand of computers and is highly impressed. He orders a 100 of them and makes a 10% deposit, the remainder payable on delivery. At no point did Alan disclose that he was acting for Paul. When Tim attempted to deliver the laptops, he came to know that Alan had acted on behalf of Paul and that Paul now does not wish to honour the contract.
