Paul Stieger gave the company credit card to Ms Jean during a business trip. He told her to use the card only for the car rental and for hotel lodging. When Stieger checked his card he saw that Jean had used the card for charges other than the car and hotel costs. For of the charges Jean had signed Stiegers name. For the car rental and the lodging she signed her own name. The bank is claiming all card charges from Stieger.
Advise Stieger which claims he is liable for to the bank and what recourse does he have if any.
Name the principle and show how it applies to the case.
