The day before, Ms. Homeowner told Mr. Painter that she changed her mind.Mr. Painter advised that he was going to sue Ms. Homeowner for breach of contract as he had already purchased all of the materials for the job. Does Mr. Painter have a legal claim against Ms. Homeowner?
