Do you have a spouse/ partner who is contributing to the monthly pre- tax income? If so, how much are they contributing? You owe money on your credit card. How much do you owe? What is the annual interest rate? How much. On average do you charge new per month? How much can you afford to pay each month? One question should ask if you will ever pay off the card based on your current spending habits and monthly credit card payments, and if so, how many months it will take. Another question should ask how much you would need to pay off the credit card sooner. How soon?
