Perform the Big 5 and Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessments. Upon completion of this activity, you would have assessed personality traits according to the Big Five framework, discuss the relative effectiveness of their traits as applied to leadership, and identify areas in need of development. 1. Big Five Personality Test. Research the five dimensions (e.g. openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) and describe each one. Identify leaders that were known to possess some of these traits and comment on their leadership legacy. In addition, complete the assessment and answer the following: Do you agree with the results of the assessment (why)? How do these traits affect your professional goals? Which personality traits you identify with and what is their impact on how you lead (would lead) a team? Prepare a report based on the research and the results of the assessment.
