The company is able to provide good development and career possibilities within the company. The company follows a performance management process in which the work targets and goals are reviewed frequently, at least quarterly or project-wise. The future plans and personal development needs are discussed at the end of each project or yearly in one-on-one meetings with the manager and the team member. The HR team compiles the performance feedback and development plans for unit-level summaries within the HR software and discusses the needed actions together with the line managers. This time three managers have requested a meeting with you as they don't know what to do with their employees. How would you advise them?
