Talk to Person 2 and Person 3 in private to determine what the issue is. You want to keep the group as a whole out of the discussion so as not to make Person 2 and Person 3 defensive. If they feel threatened in front of the whole group, they might be less willing to open up and resolve their differences.

Bring this issue up in front of the whole group so each person can share their thoughts. If enough people tell Person 2 and Person 3 that their behavior is inappropriate, perhaps the fighting will stop.

Since the team is completing their work on time, Person 1 shouldn't do anything. If Person 1 tries to interfere it could slow down the workflow or inhibit the progress of others working on the project.
