Person A and Person B were two partners engaged in the business of buy-and-sell of land. They had bought a piece of land. Person A decided that he could no longer work as partners with Person B, just because their personalities in business were conflicting. So, Person A asked Person B to sell his share to him for the price paid by Person B. Person B, who was tired of waiting to make it "big", agreed to the offer, and sold his share in the land to Person A.

Person A, who now owned the land 100%, found a buyer and resold it at a huge profit to Person C. Person B got angry and said he would not have sold his share had he known it could be sold for such a large sum of money ti Person C. Person A claimed that he should not be blamed because he did not make any false concealment to his partner and that he did not tell Person B that nobody wanted to buy the land.

Can Person B successfully sue Person A for damages? Yes or no.
