Dear Future Employee, On behalf of Company we are pleased to formally offer you a Permanent, Full time role in the capacity of Production Field Administrator. The following changes will be effective as of October 16, 2021, or other such date mutually agreed upon. Position and Compensation 1. You will report to Superintendent. 2. Your base rate will be $47,000.00 per full calendar year, (1,958.33 paid semi-monthly). You are not eligible for overtime. 3. You are eligible for participation in the Short Term Incentive Bonus Program (STIP) at a TP level, with a 10% target, based on performance criteria and pro-rated from your start date. Changes may be made to STIP plan from time to time. 4. You are eligible to participate in the Company Benefits Program. All coverage is effective your date of hire with the exception of medical which is effective the 1st day of the month following your date of hire. Information will be provided during your onboarding to help you enroll in you in the program. 5. Your temporary hire date of March 22, 2021 will be recognized as your hire date. Your hire date will be used in determining the following: continuous service; short-term disability entitlement.
