Include major milestones from childhood through older adulthood (depending on your age) which have influenced your life in these areas. Theoretical perspectives and research. Discuss at least 2 developmental theories and cite a minimum of 3 journal articles (written between 2000-2019) which address research related to the experiences you discuss in your "personal development" section. Discuss the ways these help you to understand and interpret your life experiences. Implications for your professional work. Discuss the ways in which your developmental experiences may impact either your clinical, sport psychology, or MFT work. Include both strengths and challenges in each area of your current wellness wheel assessment. Discuss areas you have worked on during the semester and those which may be continued areas of growth. Discuss how your networking experience may have influenced your areas of focused growth. Your ability to discuss developmental theories and research, as well as the ability to aptly apply these to individual experience, is a key skill as a mental health professional. As such, you will give a 7-10 minute presentation of your Wellness Wheel experience, research and conclusions to classmates at the end of the semester. Each of the major sections of your paper should be addressed in this presentation
