For this assignment you will assume the role of a manager responsible for 50 staff members at an organization of your choice. It may be an organization that you were involved with in the past, one that you are currently involved with or a hypothetical situation.

Purpose of the Message

In the role of manager, you will write a letter to your employees about how your organization plans to promote and enhance engagement and satisfaction at work by describing at least three specific activities or initiatives. Engaged employees perform better, maintain higher levels of personal satisfaction and tend to stay with an organization longer. The organization has interest in attracting and retaining competent and dedicated employees.
