Peta went to her local car dealer to purchase a new car. After negotiations and settling on an agreed price Peta was ready to sign the contract. Before signing the contract, she asked the dealer if he was willing to provide a full tank of petrol upon pick up of the vehicle. The dealer stated "Absolutely, we will definitely provide you with a full tank, we do this for all our new cars". Satisfied, Peta signed the contract. The following week Peta picks up the car and the petrol tank is near empty. The written contract between the dealer and Peta makes no mention of the promise for a full petrol tank.

With reference to law, and precedent cases ONLY discuss Parol Evidence Rule and explain whether Peta's verbal statement 'if he was willing to provide a full tank of petrol upon pick up of the vehicle' form part of the contract or not?
