Petal is a shy woman at 65 when suffers From mild anxiety. She moved to a quiet suburb after living in the city. Her neighbor is Dan president of the little pigs motorcycle club. As part of his duties as club president, Dan cares for club mascot — two miniature Vietnamese potbellied pigs for which he holds a council permit. Dan also has a backyard metal foundry where he casts cylinders and other engine parts for friends. Petal was not aware that Dan kept the pigs and she wasn't aware of the metal foundry and she bought the house on recommendation from a friend. She is constantly smelling pigs and lately the metal casting process which occurs outside uses a number of strong chemicals. Dan invites all other members of the little pigs club on Sunday for a special day of pig grooming and metal workshop, an event which involves lots of drinkin and usually ends up getting rowdy. On those days the whole street is packed with motorcycles and petal cannot leave her driveway as she is blocked. The party goes well into Monday morning. To make matters worse Dan has installed a security camera and light system which is easily triggered by stray cats and possums. The light systems constantly keeps petal awake. She has had enough of breathing in chemicals and is worried for her health as she is also suffering from lack of sleep from dans parties and camera light installation and is bothered by the smell of pigs.
