Peter, a rogue, visited Royal Bank Ltd. to secure a loan to purchase a grand piano for $30,000. Peter resembles Carter, a musician and an established YouTuber. Peter presented an identification card with Carter's picture, name and signature to the representative. He further showed him a short YouTube video of Carter's recent On Stage interview. Peter was subsequently granted the loan and he bought the piano. About a week after he had an emergency and needed some money so he sold the piano to Tom. Peter has not serviced the loan and the bank is seeking to recover against Carter. Carter is distraught after hearing this news. He decided to visit the nearby music shop. There was a sign offering for sale a saxophone previously owned by the infamous John Legend for $10. He bought it and asked that they deliver it to his home address the following day because he wanted to go to the mall and could not take it with him then. However, the music shop later refused to deliver the saxophone, on the basis that their new sales assistant mistakenly put the wrong price tag on the saxophone.
