Peter enter into a contract with a shopping center where there are some other resturant and there will be a coffee store.he wish to be the only gym in the center.he ask the shopping center owner about it and the owner reply that don't worried about it .however The written lease did not say anything about the other shops in the centre.when the day open,resturants are opened but the coffee shop didn't.the shopping mall owner communicate with the coffee shop owners but the leased was never signed.after several month ,resturants closed for liqudation and it affects Peter's gym customers amount--less people come to gym before they go to the resturants.whatswores,there is another gym opening in the shopping mall and compet with Peter's gym.Peter complaint about it to the shopping center owner.
