Peter pays half and Mark the contractor begins work. Over the next few weeks, Mark removes the existing fixtures, toilet, sink and walls in order to install the custom sink and taps, new toilet, and a custom shower in the washroom. Peter points out a few issues that he noticed during the construction phase of the renovation and Mark is visibly update. The two parties get into an argument and Mark decides to abandon the job. Mark sues Peter for remaining balance of his fee, Peter counter sues for the portion he's paid for breach of contract. What are the potential issues each party might run into?
