Peter owns a secondhand car dealership in Sydney called 'Peter's Top Picks'. Last week, he offered for sale, a 2002 Ford Festiva which had 250,000km on the odometer. When, after 3 weeks, the car still hadn't sold, he wound the car's odometer back to 80,000kms. The next day, Frank bought the car. When he took the car to his mechanic, he was shocked to learn that the car's odometer had been wound back. Required: Refer to relevant consumer protections in the ACL and analyse whether Frank can sue Peter for misleading him about the condition of the car
