Peter owns a sportscar worth approximately US-$ 140,000.--. As he is having some

trouble with the motor, he takes it to Jack for repair. Jack runs a business repairing

sportscars, at the entry to his business premises there is a large sign reading "Jack's

Sportscar Repair and Sales". Jack tells Peter that he can pick up his car ten days later.

Shortly thereafter, Susan sees Peter's car sitting in Jack's premises and offers Jack to

purchase the car for US-$ 70,000.--. Jack agrees, hands over the car keys to Susan,

enters into a written purchase contract with her and signs over the car papers, which he

has found in the glove compartment.

When Peter returns to pick up his car, he finds Jack's store closed with a sign in the

window saying "MOVED. Please address all inquiries to Via de los Criminales No. 5,

Buenos Aires, Argentina".

Peter now finds out that Susan is driving his car and sues Susan for the return of the

car. - Please discuss.
