Peter owns a sportscar worth approximately US-$ 140,000.--. As he is having some

trouble with the motor, he takes it to Jack for repair. Jack runs a business repairing

sportscars, at the entry to his business premises there is a large sign reading "Jack's

Sportscar Repair and Sales". Jack tells Peter that he can pick up his car ten days later.

Shortly thereafter, Susan sees Peter's car sitting in Jack's premises and offers Jack to
